When you’re tired of the same old routine, change, even a little one like drinking from a wood cup rather than a glass one, can lift your mood. At least we think so.
If you don’t like the burnt look of our other wood cups, maybe this ambrosia maple cup will suit your fancy. There isn’t actually an “Ambrosia” Maple tree. This maple wood gets it’s name from a discoloration caused by wood-boring ambrosia beetles. This particular cup measures 4.75 inches high and is 2.5 inches in diameter and is coated in food-safe epoxy so it is safe for both hot and cold liquids. A few important notes, however:
NOT dishwasher safe, hand-wash only
Do NOT microwave
Do NOT leave it next to the stove
(That last one may seem obvious, but you’d be surprised how easy it is to not realize you’re doing it. Better safe than sorry!)
