Meditate or Color…Your Choice

One way or another, we all experience stress at some point in our lives. Sometimes, it can feel overwhelming, but there are many things you can do to alleviate stress. I’m rather partial to lathing, but here’s another way you can relax:

It’s hardly surprising that meditation can have amazing de-stressing effects, but do you know that coloring has a similar effect? Not only does it have the power to relieve stress, it brings back memories of childhood fun and can unlock your creative potential.

Young At Heart

There are a lot of things we can do to feel like a kid, like go to Disneyland, play video games, or play with Legos, and while they can come close, they don’t quite match up with coloring when it comes to a meditative or relaxing activity. In fact, there are coloring books out there that are strictly for adults. And guess what? You’re an adult now, so if you want to color outside the lines, you can!
